Roasted vegetables
Mint sauce
Whole grain mustard
A few pigs in blankets on the plate
Gravy
Two large Yorkshire puddings

Hmm rare beef not sure on that, I had a rare steak once and it was literally a plate of blood.

Sweet carrots, even better if they're roasted with honey

Drown it in gravy
