Fair enough, yh it’s good, I’d say I’m properly invested in it and by summer I’ll be stacked completely
that's good. what're you working on?

thanks that looks really good, however I'm just trying to workout at home so I don't have any machines. I should have specified.
It will be hard to make much progress working out from home. You'll get some beginner gains but it's good to get a cheap gym membership sooner than later if you want visible results next month.

For home start with a bag full of books until you can only do 15-20 squats comfortably. When you get to more than that, add another book or two. Really consider the gym. Most people there will be willing to give you advice too. It's not too scary there.

Np.
Forgot to say, add some weight every session. I'll list some other exercises that work well with a bag. Always do dynamic stretches first. You could do something like this:

Day A
Back squats, Hip thrusts
Day B
Front squats, Deadlifts
Day C
Lunges, Anything for upper body and abs so you look balanced

You can decide if you want your week AxBxCxx or ABCxABC but if you do it right you'll need a day off between sessions. Do some light jogging on rest days. Let me know if you need to know anything else.

After that sleep, eat, repeat. You got this.

Thank you so much, you’ve been such a help! I think I’ll do the AxBxCxx to start and when I become more used to them I’ll do ABCxABC.
For the sake of remembering I will put my starting measurement on here to check progress over time
Start- 36.5 inch
