Not as healthy as mighty Japan or Singapore.
Hong Kong appears to be top, must be that clinging to democracy.

I mean, first off... The article is 2 years old.

Secondly, is it really any surprise that an obese nation in which the safety of drinking water can be highly questionable is struggling to outpace developing China?

The U.S. is not particularly healthy so China having a higher life expectancy does mean it is healthy, just less unhealthy.

You cant trust any figures coming out of China, plus they have no system for elderly care and the eldery often reject western medicine so this is definetely not true.
