I’m a girl and my legs are skinny but like also flabby so I’m wondering how I can turn it into muscle at home as I can’t afford the gym

Ride a bicycle regularly or do some jogging.

Walking, running, jogging, cycling, squats, lunges, wall sits, probably lots more. In addition to these exercises be sure to also have an overall healthy diet.

My issue is I don’t want to loose any weight otherwise I’d go for runs and stuff because I enjoy it but I loose weight quickly

squat squat squat.

do high reps every session. so like 3x10 bodyweight. then 3x15. then 3x20 ect.

use things like milk jugs to increase tension on quads. very limited at home tbh. search calisthenics on youtube if your serious about it.

You can't turn fat into muscle easily. Best way to do it at home is get a bag and fill it with books. Use that to squat anywhere between 5-20 times. Then break for 1-3 minutes and do it again for at least 5 sets. Add more books when you can do 5 more reps than usual.

In that case eat extra food or drink extra calories to maintain your current weight.
