Hiya, so i was wondering what your tips are for analysing and comparing the poems in the unseen poetry section. I have such high expectations/targets and i just dont get this part of the exam...is thank you.

- Comment on every language/structural device you can see.
- Write at least 3 paragraphs (2 if they are extended).
- Comment on other things such as setting and tone.
- DON’T write any context! It will not give you extra marks.

EDIT: If it is the 24 marker then I would write about 3 pages.
For the 8 marker at least 1 page.

If you want to you can show me one of your unseen poetry essays and I can read it for you and let you know how to improve.

I got an A* at GCSE English Lit so I can give you some more tips.
