Dating someone the same religion as me in Uni

Ok so I’m going to start with what I have tried so far, online dating which hasn’t worked, Uni religion society which seems to be 85% guys and 15% girls and i’m not attracted to the girls there, same with my lectures 80% guys and 20% girls and the handful who are the same religion i’m not like attracted to.

So what next? Do I go to clubs to find someone? Iv tried the just wait for the right person approach and using what has happened before to predict the future nothings happening with that either.

So like I said earlier what next? I’m in final year of Uni and it will be very difficult afterwards to find someone
what religion do you NOT want to date
If you want to date someone who is the same religion as you, have you looked at what social activities the local places of worship are doing?
A quick call to a couple of them may help
There are also some religion based dating sites

For my local place of worship, there are many elderly people there and not people my age so I don’t really think that will work for me, any other ideas?

Expand your search area to start with.
In my area there are quite a few churches for example. About 2/3 have an ageing congregation. My church has a large age range and the young people have a network with other churches from other towns that enables them to get together and socialise.
It won’t hurt to ring a few
It might help to know which religion you belong to.

Sorry I forgot to mention i’m Sikh which is a minority which makes things even more difficult

Do you have any family connections that could introduce you to more friends?

A quick google shows quite a few Sikh dating services. You could research them

I do but that is more of a last resort for me as I feel a bit like a loser asking them and I couldn’t do it myself.

Maybe u can try speaking to ur cousins and ask them if they know anyone the same age as u. It would help by telling us ur age and where ur from tho cos im sikh too and i know quite a few ppl looking to get married in the next couple of years.

I’m 21 from Birmingham. I don’t want to ask any of my cousins yet as that is a last resort for me and I want to try to do it myself, but if you could help that would be great.
