'naturally' skinny people what did you have today

Roughly how many calories did you consume? what did you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? oh also, snacks?

I'm not naturally skinny, but many of my friends are. They eat a hell of a lot more than me but never put on any weight. Why? They have a faster metabolism. Hope that helps.

Breakfast: Special K red berries cereal
Lunch: Chicken burger from college
Dinner: Pizza!
Snacks: a whole bag of giant dairy milk buttons ooops

I currently weight 8 stone 7 and I'm 5'7 so not sure if that's skinny or not?! I'd say my ideal weight is about 8 stone 4/5.

i don't think skinny people eat more, I think they have different eating habits and their bodies automatically calculate their calories...

I don't count calories.

Couple of slices of toast with cheese spread and a cereal (fruit/nut) bar for breakfast.
Go Ahead biscuits as a snack mid-morning.
Homemade pasta salad with veg and crisps at lunch.
Pork chop and veg for tea.

Breakfast at 3am= two hot dogs with onion salad and a glass of apple juice.
Afternoon snack at 2pm = one subways white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookie
Dinner at 9pm will be super spicy beef phal curry with pitta bread and a glass of coke.

Drink lots of still water throughout the day.
I'm 5'1, 44kg and the same weight I was as a 13 year old.

Nope, just a plain chicken burger (it had breadcrumbs might I add) My pizza was about 9 inches I’d say and I had salad on the side. Orange juice as dinner drink and water throughout the day.

Id say you are skinny. No offence. I’m also 5’7” and weigh 9.12. I’m a size 8/10.
The ideal weight is 8’6 to 11’5. You’re right on being underweight.
Today I had tinned chopped tomatoes and dry fried mushrooms with 1 scrambled egg mid morning and for tea I’ve had mixed leaves, cucumber, peppers and smoked salmon.
My snack has been 1 Thornton’s chocolate
My total intake is around 400 cals today But I’m not well so not hungry

"Obese" guy here!

Breakfast: banana (100 calories?)
Lunch: can of spaghetti hoops (270 calories)
Not eaten dinner yet but planning on baked pork chop with steamed broccoli and rice

Snacks: I've had 3 cups of tea with a little milk in each. Will probably have 2 more today.

So far?

Bowl of cereal. Two sausages rolls, a slice of red velvet cheesecake and a few snacks. I'll go home and have dinner too. Plenty of coffee and a 500ml bottle of coke.

I do feel as though this thread is ever so slightly unhealthy from a mental health point of view but yeah.

For some reason I assumed you were male. Now I read this, you're either a very, very short dude or a slightly below average height female. :beard:

Not naturally skinny (quite lean and I have to work hard to be so), I don;t cound calories as much as estimate them, I estimate that I eat around 600 calories /maiin meal and have a few snacks in between. So far today I have eaten
Breakfast - a large bowl of porridge oats(made with water) with chopped almonds, sesame seeds, cacao nibs and chia seeds.
Morning snack - 1 banana
Lunch - 3 rounds of chicken salad sandwhiches on wholemeal bread and an apple.
Afternoon snack - 330ml of custard made with Alpro coconut milk, 1 banana and topped with sesame seeds, chopped almonds and chia seeds.
Tea/Dinner (about to go cook and eat it), Large plateful of steamed vegetables and a piece of baked tuna.

breakfast: a fat bowl of porridge with golden syrup
lunch: mashed potatos, beans and a small pizza
dinner-ish: rice, green curry(dont ask me what it is cause idk)
dinner: yet to find out...

really, im trying to gain weight, too skinny for my age
