My teacher suggested i only do an investigation if boiling affects the vitamin C content in green peppers.
My project was supposed to be on green vegetables so i can make a wide comparison??
Will this be enough as a project ( green peppers only)
PLEASE help!

Hey - I did an investigation last year on the antibiotic effects of Garlic and I got the highest mark on my assignment.
Although I only did one thing, I studied it under varying conditions (fresh, cooked, week-old, different batch, etc.) - you can definitely diversify your project if you study more independent variables. The more data you have - the better.

You can get a good project out of even the most narrow topics - it's all about assessing your ability to produce a robust report using the data and evidence you gather.

Good luck!! Hope this is some level of help ??

Thank you so much!
Congrats on getting the top mark btw
I have another question, I have multiple time intervals atm for my expirement (5 mins, 15 mins, 35 mins). Would increasing the time interval number be enough? I'm not sure how i could study more independent variables

Time difference definitely works - just anything that gives you more data to analyse!
