Do boys kiss people they’re not attracted to?

This boy I fancy who I’m friends with kissed me the other day. The first time he tried to ( months ago) I refused because tbh he never ever told me he liked me and told me he just wanted to be friends so why am I gonna kiss someone who doesn’t feel the same way? The second time was yesterday and I went along with it and kissed him. It was nice. Personally I would never kiss someone I wasn’t attracted to- but I swear boys will kiss anything that moves? Does this mean he finds me attractive? It was a long kiss on multiple occasions. I think he had an erection
