So it's for a primary special needs TA in primary school. Is it good for someone on the spectrum? I can relate as I was special needs when I was very young. It's getting overwhelmed that could be the problem. Plus my past experience working in a school... the manager told my agent I wasn't suitable after weeks working even though I tried my absolute best.

Got to be positive right?

Don't see any reason why you wouldn't be good for the job! If you're worried about getting overwhelmed, it's worth teaching yourself methods to calm yourself down in the moment (if you haven't already) e.g. breathing exercises like the 4-7-8 method (breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 and exhale for 8). I find this really useful for when I get overwhelmed at work.
