AQA Music Set Pieces

Hey, I was just wondering...
In GCSE AQA Music how many set pieces do I need to learn?
Some people are saying that there is 1 set piece per topic (i.e. Western Classical Tradition 1650-1910) and others are telling me that I have to learn multiple pieces for each topic.

Could someone please clarify how many set pieces I have to do.

If it'sA level, there are 3 sections of western classical - Baroque, Classical and Romantic, wit 3 pieces each.
However, you only answer questions on two of the three sections in the exam (they have questions on all three so you choose which to study), and you really don't need to know them that well or study them much, it's more a case of knowing music theory, and for the Mozart you need some context of what the opera is about.
Hope that helps.
