It's not clear on the website for the Uni of Liverpool how or when I should apply for accommodation?

Could someone help me out?

Apply after you have an offer and before the 31 July.

Then you’ll need to get in touch with admissions to ask you your ID number. Are you sure it isn’t on your offer letter?

Your Student ID Number is a 9-digit number and can be found on your offer letter and in your academic registration email.

Is it the personal ID? I did try that, but it's not working for some reason.

Not sure, was your personal ID also a 9-digit number and in your offer letter? If so might be worth reaching out to the admin team as they should be able to help you out if it's not accepting it, here's their email - [email protected]

No - it isn't a UCAS ID it is something that would have been printed on your offer letter (not on Track)

I've contacted the uni, it's sorted now. It wasn't on the offer letter.
