I'm stuck with a teacher that is incompetent, they cannot teach at all. No one will formally complain to the Head of Sixth form in fear of getting a horrible substitute, so I have no other option but to teach myself the content. Is it possible to learn an A-Level by myself, especially History which has a lot of content? Just for reference, currently, I'm being taught Democracies in change: Britain and the USA in the 20th century and the British Empire. My teacher for the Britain unit is absolutely amazing, I only have a problem with the one that teaches the USA unit and the British Empire unit.
