Hate 'em.

My mother is 53 and my father is 66 tho (dad's a paedo apparently wtf). Turboboomers. I assume plenty of people on here have far younger parents and may be more video game friendly (play themselves perhaps).

No, they really don't. My dad had a period of his life when he was depressed and played video games to excess, so it makes sense to me that having emerged from that (ages ago, now), he doesn't like them. And my mum is simply too productive and driven to waste time playing games.

No.
Absolutely despise video games, along with the people who make and buy them.

lol why
"Tool of the idiots to waste time and everyone else's money", "funds the globalists and freemasons", "instrument of moral decline", "gutter infested by the alt right with their #GamerGate".

My father used to wish he could use his usual 'bourgeoisie' rhetoric.
But alas he's met too many of the all day video games on the sofa and SecondLife crowd- insults them with other words.
Particularly the ones that have never worked or been on a protest, got married to fellow gamers whose avatars they like, then file for divorce on the grounds of video game adultery and repeat the process.
My friend is in the middle of a divorce, her ex is one of the workshy gamers that lived on the sofa almost 24hrs a day.

It is a game for PCs, and PC games are a part of video games. It can be counted, if consoles don't matter.

Okay, can we agree that it is not a video game in typical sense? just a game without a console?
