What a happy day, we can finally say goodbye to the "ever-closer" and failed superstate project of the EU.

Of pain and bankruptcy, petty people whining for the immigrants to come back once they realise what good immigrants do to the British economy
You really need to quit thinking Leavers voted to kick out immigrants. It’s totally false.

Some sad and very moving (and sometimes funny) goodbyes from people across the EU.

Yeah right, that's why Boris went on about Turkey joining so much. The cynical creepiness of a Turk playing the Turkey card.

Again, Leave voters don’t want to kick all immigrants out. Stop it with this falsehood.

Boris couldn't even be bothered to talk to the nation or appear in public yesterday. He was one of the main causes of Brexit. Now he's in hiding.
https://www.theguardian.com/politics...big-brexit-day

He's completely predictable - he was a lazy, lying Mayor of London - now he's a lazy liar who can't be arsed to be in charge of the country properly. We are facing crises on multiple fronts - Boris is nowhere to be seen.

I'm sure that not all Brexiteers were racists. But all racists were Brexiteers.

You truly are pathetic. You’re a broken record.

For the third and final time, Leavers don’t want to kick immigrants out.

You’re just assuming everything.

Were you in 10 Downing Street to confirm Boris was in a hot tub with 5 Spanish broads, sipping on a £5000 a pop champagne?

I’ve heard Corbyn has flown over to Cuba for a pack of cigars before Brexit tarifs come into play.

Boris’ embarrassed about what he’s done?

Ludicrous. The Guardian really is a second rate newspaper.

It was the will of 52% of those who voted - and it would probably be different now. It was mainly the will of the elderly, leaving us to live with the consequences.

The EU didn't dictate to us, we signed off on all agreements and directives and we were behind many of them. The majority of them were better for us than the things decades of ultra-right wing governments are likely to do for us.
Utter nonsense - how do you explain the massive majority given to the Tories to get Brexit done then?
