It won't be everything except glaciers but that's why you don't do the glaciers questions. Glaciers is an optional topic so your teacher would have chosen to do coasts and rivers.

we don't get what to chose until the exam, but I don't know what I am capable with in the hot or cold environments. and I have to do both really a point. I probably focus more on costal stuff because it can help my coursework.

I think they want us to do both to see what my class finds easier and decide what one they want to do. I focus on the cold envrionments.

Just be aware that you don't have to learn both cold and desert environments.

There is little point learning all of it.
