Can i change my uni course?

Hi guys,
As you know UCAS closed on the 15th Jan however I sent mine off at the end of Nov/early December. I had applied for a course at Kings College London however I wasn’t sure on it. After around a week and a half I received an offer and then after the choice to substitute went. Since then obviously it’s been about 2 months however I’m sure I do not want to do that course but rather another course in another department/faculty. So is it possible for me to switch courses now?
I applied to War Studies and History (Offer Received) and History and Political Economy (Waiting) however I don’t want to do the first option. Is it possible to switch my course offer somehow from War Studies and History to Political Economy?
My personal statement is more suited towards History and my predicted grades are AAA if it helps.

It’s possible but it depends on the uni so you have to contact the uni if you can and what you have to do
