Withdrawing from uni- third year pharmacy

Hi guys

I’m a little devastated as I have been told that I can’t continue on the MPharm course.
I am currently resitting my third year at uni, as I failed an osce in the previous year. If I had passed the osce I’d be in my final year, however that is not the case. I was told to resit my third year with an FMA. This means I had to pass everything in the first attempt and the exam board decided this... everything was going well, until I failed a dispensing competency. I am going to appeal it. But if it doesn’t work they say I leave with a diploma in pharmaceutical science as I’ve done two years. What jobs could I do with this?? I’m so worried.
