I'm looking to study physical geography with oceanography, does Liverpool University have a good reputation for ocean sciences?
I liked the look of it and it has the NOC which is great too. Wondering if I should have considered Southampton too, as I can still apply there through clearing.
If anybody could give advice that would be so helpful (my predicted grades are A*AA if that helps)

Liverpool and Southampton both have good reputations, given they are both Russell Group unis. For pure oceanography, they are probably the better ones out there. I applied to Liverpool, Southampton, Cardiff (Marine Geo), St Andrews and Edinburgh (both: Environmental Geoscience), and I wouldn't have applied to any of them if I wasn't confident they were good unis for these courses.
