Replacement Tenant NEEDED for Studio Flat at The Laceworks Nottingham Trent

Hi there,I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy as soon as possible until the end date September as I no longer enjoy my course.A studio flat on the second floor with a built in kitchen, en suite, fridge, microwave oven and heating, double bed and 42 inch flat screen, storage space, shelving, lift, reception, gym, study communal areas, laundry room, bike storage, bin storage and outside seated area. Fob key access to building. The price includes all bills.Close to Nottingham station and nottingham trent is a 20 minute walk away.Lovely amount of light comes in and I am sad to put it up but I desperately want to get back to london.It is done on the basis of 3 installments.
