work smarter its like if you going to revise don't just labour over some revision books for hours on end its watch a video about it write what you remember take a 10 min break try some practice questions etc then another break and so on you have to think whats more effective

It means working more logically so that you don’t have to overwork yourself!

So for example, if you are revising then revise in a way that helps you memorise best e.g flash cards rather than simply reading all of your notes in full for hours.

Find the best way to work for yourself in whichever situation so that you don’t burn out :-)
