Please do not do tthat. It is very bad for your health. Just eat at a deficit, if you want to lose weight and add exercise of some sort. If you are morbidly obese like you say you are it is much easier to lose weight, compared to someone who is lighter.

No it's not ok, it's very dangerous. I have seen diabetic patients be put on an 800 calorie a day diet but that is under strict medical supervision, I definately would not recommend anyone go any lower than 1200 a day without strict medical supervision.

Go to your GP and ask for support in losing weight.

You will lose weight but won't be able to keep it up plus you will most likely end up putting it all back on. Marathon not sprint.

Just take it slow and easy and get plenty of exercise. You do need a calorie deficit to lose weight but not by that much!
It's a long slog but that's the best way to do it. Why are you only doing it for 2 months anyway?
