I kinda bent the through and said I was going travelling like tonight and needed it on. It's on there now.
Which college did you choose in the end? I've applied for Queens'.
I had my first major freak out t'other day - up 'til now I've been quite calm about Cambridge but I started thinking about the interview etc. yesterday and just completely freaked out - phoned up my friend practically in tears like, "I'M DREADING THE INTERVIEW, I HAVE NO CHANCE!" which then led to, "OH MY GOD NONE OF MY UNIS ARE GOING TO WANT ME!"
I'm praying for Cambridge - there's nothing I've ever wanted more than this!
Good luck to everyone! (Unless you're a linguist applying to Queens'! )

I ended up with St John's. It was so close between than and Queens' to be honest! Don't actually know which made me go with the former to be honest.
I started to fill in the SAQ and felt the same; I'm terrified. I'm already checking track, despite not even receiving my welcome letter, because I know I will feel better if I have one offer!
Really depends on the course and the number of applicants this year. If you're a girl... probably New Hall or Newnham. Otherwise Girton, Homerton, Churchill, Fitzwilliam and a few others get lots of open applications. Oh and St. Catz get a few too.

Silly question: why do you have different requirements depending on what subject you are doing?
