So currently, I'm in year 12 and I'm 5 months into the IB. The subjects I take are:

- HL Maths
- HL Physics
- HL Economics
- SL Biology
- SL English Lit
- Abinitio Language

Recently, I have decided that at uni, I would like to study Economics, instead of a science based subject (which was what I wanted to study before I started the IB). I realised that the only real requirement for this course was HL Maths, and that HL Physics wasn't needed

My dilemma is, should I take HL English and SL Physics instead (so a simple switch), since HL English will probably be less time consuming and work intensive than Physics (which means I have more time to focus on higher maths)? I'm not the brightest in Physics (not doing too badly, not doing amazing either; I might find the content harder later?) so would this switch be wise?

People at uni: do initiations (like heavy drinking) put you off joining sports societies?
