Are the exams in RCSI bahrain difficult?

I have heard than many medical students have either dropped out or have written supplementary exams in RCSI because the exams were too difficult to pass. May I know if this is true?

That's the case in most medical schools. Difficulty wise, it's as hard as you would expect medschool to be but definitely doable. Let me know if u need any help though
