I haven't been attending uni.

I haven't been attending uni for a whole semester because of work I also had a student loan.
When my attendance dropped the money from the loan stopped so I received an email I have some money due.
How can I stop this and not pay the money for the uni when I was not there for a long time?
Couldn't the uni just kick me out because of me not attending?

Hi there,

It sounds like the university have sent us confirmation that you're no longer attending the course and this has caused an overpayment of Maintenance Loan as you're not entitled to this if you're not attending university. If you've received a letter from us confirming the overpayment, you can contact our Repayments Team to discuss a payment arrangement.
