Hi

I applied for the uk student visa 16 days ago and I haven’t heard any update!

My course has already started! Is it possible to receive the visa after the course started? I mean is it normal they issue the visa inspite of starting the course?

Any help☹️

Yes, but why not ring the embassy and ask them what the estimated process time is? they normally offer an expedited or same day service as well for extra £.
Why are you so late? Hope you sent thgem all the correct documents.

I’m late because I received the cas number very late( only 2 weeks before course started)

I mean can they issue the visa even the course has started? 😑

Yes.
And the embassy can issue a sameday visa if you pay for the expedited service.

Look on the embassies website or whichever agency is handling your application.
Keep in contact with your uni as well.
Make sure you are prepared for the interview plus have all the documents.

Tlscontact in my country ( iraq) does not have this service 😕

The question is: does ukvi issue the visa even the course has started? ( btw the late arrival date is in march)
