Vertical slits/cuts on underside of penis head they don’t hurt

I have had these vertical slits or cuts for a couple of months now I am 16 it is not an std and they don’t seem to go away , I have searched on the internet and found nothing , I do masturbate ever other day and they don’t hurt when masturbating with or without lube they also never bleed and are really dry and red
