what to do in this situation?

Basically I am studying 120 credits this year and need 100 to pass.

I think I might have failed 10 or 20 credits last semester but I was going to make up for it by putting in extra hard work and also doing resits

Well I found at my discovery module of 20 credits isn’t actually worth anything because it’s only a level 1 module. The uni failed to make this clear it was an issue or tell me about it when I enrolled on the module and they didn’t even send an email to me regarding it until December, when it was too late to switch

I am not being allowed to take extra modules to make up the credits or switch modules because then I won’t have enough credits

What can I do?? Do I have grounds to complain?

I can't honestly tell from the info you have given so far so I hope you don't mind some questions:smile:
Does your discovery module not count because it's not linked to your degree?
You already have 120 L1 points without it?
Something else?

It doesn’t count because it’s a level 1 discovery module I’m trying to progress from year 2 to 3
