I always hear people saying how hard it is to find a graduate job and hear nightmare stories about there being 200 applicants for 1 job. This is making me dread finding a graduate job.

I'm in my first year, studying Finance at a decent uni. I plan to study abroad so I won't be doing a full year placement. I'm hoping to get a summer internship sometime but I may not be able to find one.

What are my odds of finding a decent graduate job with a 2:1 in Finance and a study abroad year? And what about if I also do a summer internship somewhere?
