How to loose stubborn belly fat?! Watch
I’m not overweight I’m 5’6 and weight 60kg but my body seems to be storing fat in my belly first which creates love handles then loose fat first in my bum and legs. Overall my body doesn’t look in proportion. I only want to tone up my belly and not loose weight anywhere else.
I already do a lot of cardio as I work in healthcare and do 12 hour shifts on my feet.
Will doing abs workout help? Lots of sources say I need to go into calorie deficit first and do cardio but I don’t eat much anyway up to 2,000 maximum daily. No matter what I eat my weight stays the same and I don’t want to loose weight anywhere else just tone up my belly. Please help!
