Building arm muscle (women) Watch

Any tips for building arm muscle? I have quite skinny arms. I currently just do weights like bicep curls etc the usual, for a while after my arms feel muscular but I wake up the next morning and my biceps hardly feel firm at all. I've always found it quite hard to build muscle.

How many reps do you do? I think you have to do about 6-8 reps for 3 sets. And the last rep of each set should feel like you can only just do it and can't do any more. You should need to take a break between the sets of a few mins. The muscle needs time to repair/get bigger so you need to rest and not do it everyday. I think you could also try doing one rep of something really heavy that you can only do once.

You need to progressively overload to build any muscle group. So basically you increase the amount of work you do by either increasing, volume or weight. Also you should also work out the other muscles in the arm.
