Resale tickets

I really want to see this band in May but they sold out so quickly that I wasn’t able to get tickets
They have resale tickets on stubhub but i’ve heard nightmare stories about resale tickets being dodgy and either not getting posted to the buyer or not working at the door to the gig.
Is StubHub reliable or nah?
