For weight loss, diet. If you exercise but eat more calories than you burn you won’t lose weight. I lost weight through diet alone, but exercise can help alongside it.

Neither really, they are both needed. A healthy diet to keep you in shape and to help to ward off illness, and exercise to keep your cardiovascular system in check.

Diet 1000%. As said before, you can exercise and burn 100s of calories but if you’re over-consuming on calories, your workout won’t matter and you’ll still put on weight. You can lose weight without exercise at all and due to a healthy, calorie controlled diet. There’s a reason they say abs are made in the kitchen!

Of course exercise paired with a good diet will get results.
