i can stick to a workout schedule but i just cant see any reason to work out if im not getting results due to poor dieting

I have heard that working out and exercise can help with mental health. Dieting I think is more important than working out when it comes to weight loss. If you enjoy working out I would continue to work out. I would recommend to avoid snacking and drinking alcohol as you can consume a lot of calories easily without filling you up. I recommend smoothies or porridge for breakfast, if you want to snack I would say stick to fruit.
