Do you prefer to be around people and talking everyday or do you prefer alone time to focus on yourself?

I like a bit of both. Staying indoors and being comfy is a fun way to quickly unwind and relieve stress. However no matter how difficult it is, I love socialising and interacting with people because it makes me less lonely

I like being around people, I am very much a people's person,
That being said I do like my own down time, occasionally.

For me, almost always alone time wins. If anything, I'm probably the definition of alone time.

Prefer being on my own most of the time.

I was really put out when I went the pub the other week and unexpectedly ran into a bunch of lads I know. Put paid to my quiet few hours.

I'm a fairly sociable person & mostly prefer to be around other people. It depends what mood I'm in though & there's other times when I'd rather be by myself & just relax.

Erm tbh I prefer being on my own cause i genuinely like talking about myself and I am the only person in the world who won’t get annoyed by that. I’m ok not speaking to anyone for a year tho. Anything longer than that and I’ll get bored

That sounds awful. I woulda made an excuse after 1 drink and went to a different pub. I was walking to my bus stop the other day and saw someone I used to work with standing at it. So I turned around, crossed the road and walked to a different bus stop. Made my journey longer but boi it was worth it to avoid having to chat.

So ya gimme quiet time all day.

I think I’m somewhere in the middle. When I’m around people, I tend to get on really well with them and I like interacting with others. But also I kinda like to keep to myself. I don’t go out much at all and I tend to lock myself away somewhere at sixth to do work, while most people spend time together in the common room during frees/lunch etc

I;d had a really 'talky' day, yknow? Was teaching for 4 hours, then had another thing in the dept so yapping then, had a bit of stuff going on at home that needed lots of talking... I wanted a silent pint haha

No I totally get it. I'm the exact same. So glad I live alone so I can go home and just have silent time.

Being alone makes me feel alone so I guess it would be nice to be around people but that's also quite draining at times.

Prefer being alone. I like some people but can only tolerate them for a small amount of time.

I love spending time with my family and sister. I tend to become sad when I live alone. But, I'm shy so being around people I don't know that well is more stressful than fun most of the time.
