1 tub of spaghetti hoops (106 kcal) or 1 egg
2 strawberries and 10 rasberries or 1 carrot and a section of cucumber
variety of things for dinner but no more than 200 kcal e.g 1 portabella mushroom and 1 egg
last week I gained 4kg, I suffer with anxiety, which might affect it, but I gained less weight eating normally than I do on a diet. why?? I am running thin on motivation!!!
You need to make sure you are eating a balaced diet with the right nutrition, vitamins and minerals, and getting sufficient calories for your age and lifestyle. To lose weight you need a small calorie deficit, either eating slightly less or burning it off by exercising.
I strongly recommend you speak with your GP to find a proper way to manage your eating.
