Hi, so bit of a background. I have severe OCD and I’m definitely a hypochondriac. Ever since this coronavirus outbreak started, I’ve been terrified. I live in the UK and there’s 8 cases here I believe. So for starters, I sneezed once yesterday and once today (that’s it, no runny nose or anything) and I don’t have any of the symptoms, I bought a brand new thermometer to check my temperature and it ranges between 36.6 and 37.2, is this normal? What is classed as a high temperature?
I’m so freaking paranoid about the virus. Like it’s so bad, I’ve had headaches but that’s because I do not drink enough but obviously now I’m like omg I have the virus! Idk how cause there’s no cases near me but you know. Ughhh any ideas?

37°C is a healthy body temperature. If you feel sick, please go to a doctor.
