Enrolled for a free course at Open University ..how do I get my ac.uk email. OR is his for that just for students ding degree courses etc

You can only get an ac.uk email if you are a Part Time or Full Time OU student, ie, doing an official module or degree, etc.
Imagine the amount of people who would sign up to do the free course to get the .ac.uk email just to get student discount cards!!!
