It is February and my tuition loan is still blocked. Can I change my application? Watch

I applied as a child of an EU migrant worker for my second year, and I had a terrible time with Student Finance. My father changed jobs, and Student Finance repeatedly gave me wrong advice about the evidence I would need to send. For at least 5 times in a row, I called to ask if the evidence is correct, they told me that they had everything they need, and 30 days later, it turns out that they need more evidence.

I am honestly losing my patience at this point. It is clear that they do not want to give me my maintenance despite being entitled to it, so I will have to think of a way to just get the tuition loan.

I have sent the very last piece (according to them) that they need, but I have a strong feeling they will find an excuse to reject it. So I am just wondering if it is possible or simple to change my application to that of an EU student to spare myself the headaches.
