Q: How does the writer use language to describe the Tyrannosaurus Rex?
We learn that Tyrannosaurus Rex is powerful and massive- The ultimate dinosaurs. The writer employs the uses of adjective phrases "towered thirty feet above half of the trees." Exaggerates Tyrannosaurus Rex uses his colossal height to exerts its power whereby everyone beneath it, it is considered inferior and anaemic. When compared to his surrounding, it is clear that Tyrannosaurus Rex is powerful and gigantic. Furthermore, the writer employs the use of oxymoron to highlights Tyrannosaurus Rex is the one you shouldn't mess with him. He states that "great evil god". illustrates that Rex has god-like power but with malevolent nature.
