Or if you don't want to go to a doctor, there's plenty of resources out there where you can talk with licensed counsellors online (Kooth is a good one) or make self-referrals to mental health services such as Healthy Minds so you can tell them what's up and they can advise you on what steps you should take/ refer you to someone who can help! I currently see a therapist through CAMHS once a week and she has been a great help regarding my anxieties. I was very scared at first, but I'm glad I did it. You can do it too! Sometimes you can't deal with things by yourself and that's okay, there are people and services in place to help!
