So for maths in my past papers I keep getting around 36-42 marks in my papers which is roughly a grade 6. I have 3 months until my exams. Is it still possible for me to get a grade 7 or even possibly an 8 if I carry on doing an hour of maths a day?

In my mocks I don’t think I did that well because I started getting panicked and my mental state during a the exams was terrible. Which means I may have even got a grade 5. However sure if I wasn’t in a bad state I would get at least a 6 because the mistakes I made were very silly costing me 5-6 marks in each paper which can make u lose a whole grade.

However I’m sure next time I won’t make the same mistakes. But is it possible for me to still get grade 7/8

With continued practice yes. As you do more questions, you'll be able to do them more quickly so you'll have time to check for silly mistakes.

Moved this thread to the GCSEs forum (Grow Your Grades is specifically for blogs but I understand the confusion)
