can some tell me how to find percentage uncertainty and absolute uncertainty

To find percentage uncertainty, find the absolute uncertainty in your measurement:
i.e if you used a ruler to measure the length of a string, the uncertainty would be the smallest precision you could read the ruler to, divided by 2
e.g 0.01cm/2 = 0.005cm
then to find the percentage uncertainty, you do 0.005x10^-3/(Your measured value) *100
