Hello there,

I am in the process of planning my choices once I finish my degree. I have looked at several options and several websites but can't quite get more information on MSc scholarships in Europe.

Is a first the only way one can obtain fully funded admission to an Msc? Say someone graduates with a low 2.1(around 61-64), do they have any chances of getting any scholarships or is it the end?
