Hi,

I recently dropped university - it wasnt suited for me.
Anyhow, I got an apprenticeship (Level 3 CIPD in Human Resources), its far suited due to learning on the job - ensuring I understand rather than paying stupid amounts for a slideshow...

As an ex-uni student (Finance and Business Managemen), I still desire earning approx £26,000 in the future. I have researched what level I can expect with my expected qualification and it occurs to me that its difficult without a degree within the field.

I want to know from people in the real world, who has worked up to their Level 7 CIPD in HR (I am a hard worker, I enjoy my apprenticeship so far, I didnt pick it as an easy option. I just didn't feel like I was benefiting from uni.) Is it possible to still earn approx £26,000+.

Where in the country are you? HR people who have some experience and qualifications earn over £26k in most places.
