God knows why you'd just want to add a stone. I don't know if it is possible, but if you did it would certainly be tremendously bad for you.

Not in a healthy way.

Nope. It'd be a stone of flab anyway :puke:
You would be FAT if you did that because you're not adding it on gradually, you'd just have a massive belly and some wobble I'd imagine if you ate like a pig for a week.

Yes, most likely.erm, why?

Oh also stretchmarks are not your friend

opps... i meant a month, best change and i meant a stone in muscle,

In a month, no. Muscle gradually builds up, it takes a long time, even if you worked for long on, you'd just damage your growth. Go slowly and steadily, it'd take about 3-6 months.

A stone of muscle in a month. Jesus you'll be lucky if you get that in a year without dedicating every second of your life to training.

Mate if you want it go for it. IF you hav enough drive you will get there it just takes time. But remember, as soon as you stop training you will start to lose the muscle you have so its a thing you need to keep up.
Hit the gym hard 4 times a week doing a structured weights program, making sure you take protein shakes, and eat a protein filled diet, if you do, then you can definetly make some progress, a mate was on that cyclone stuff, and went gym everyday, and he put on a stone in weight in a month,
For the average person you are looking at around 1lb of muscle gain per week if you've got your diet nailed and a good exercise routine.

So, 4 weeks, expect to put on around 4lb of muscle, max, the rest is almost certainly going to be fat.

i dont tthink so

when people that put on that much is normally due to water retention

eat around 5-7 meals evenly split across the day, consume around 4 x your bodyweight in carbs (wholemeal carbs) around twice your bodyweight in protein across the day, don't cut out fats. Work out hard definitely three to four times a week.

also google in RMR and get a gestimate of your metabolic rate aim for 1000 cals more than that.

In a month you won't but on all muscle there will be some fat but clean bulking is ridiculously hard over the past five weeks i've put on 15 pounds by doing what i said above

also consider purchasing a weight gainer?? an easy way to add carbs, protein and cals to your diet

hope this helps
