Haven’t been able to sleep for the past couple of days? Watch

Basically since like Sunday night (so this entire week) I haven’t been able to go to sleep until like 4am no matter how early I go to bed, whichever position I sleep in or if I change my room temperature.
There’s no stresses at the moment and I’m eating okay so idk why this is happening. I’ve found that I’m better at napping during the day and somehow manage to get to sleep within half an hour but even then I can’t nap more than 2 hours
Why is this happening?? I haven’t had more than 20 hours of sleep in the past week and no matter how tired I am I just cannot sleep before 4am and have fo be up at 8 most days so it’s really bugging me

I’ve been imagining some scenarios in my head before going to bed (weird?) but have been getting a little carried away with them so maybe that’s why??
