There’s no stresses at the moment and I’m eating okay so idk why this is happening. I’ve found that I’m better at napping during the day and somehow manage to get to sleep within half an hour but even then I can’t nap more than 2 hours
Why is this happening?? I haven’t had more than 20 hours of sleep in the past week and no matter how tired I am I just cannot sleep before 4am and have fo be up at 8 most days so it’s really bugging me
