Bristol uni vs UCL for geography
Hi guys, I have an offer for geography with year abroad at Bristol and UCL but I'm not sure which one would be best for me. I am more of a human geographer but do still enjoy physical. I want good job prospects but also enjoy my time at uni, e.g. workload, social life, financing... Would be helpful to hear from students at both unis. Thanks a lot.

Hi I recently faced this problem. I loved both unis and their locations. I decided to firm UCL as I found the physical modules were based more on glaciology whereas I enjoy hazards more. I decided UCL would be a better fit for me. I do feel sad for rejecting Bristol as I loved the city and the community vibe (especially from GeogSoc). Maybe in the future I might consider doing my masters or PhD there? I know this didn’t really help 😭 but good luck with your decision.
