Coping with Dog Loss (Survey)

Hi there,

I am carrying out a design brief for my final year at University which will be discussing the concept of dog loss (dogs owned and that have passed away). There will be questions asked in the survey which will be potentially sensitive eg. Talking about how you felt during these moments. So please be okay with this sensitive topic.

All this research will be used to shape the service/design concept I am trying to developed based around dogs and their impact on human mental well-being.

Please be okay with me using your answers to build a persona if needed, all your answers will be treated with sensitivity and all will be anonymous. Not all questions need to be answered if you do not wish to. It will take approx 4 mins.
